Despite her youthful appearance, Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz seeks serious counsel as she heads into the bank to sort her friends out with deals on their mortgage rates in adam&eve's latest ad in its Halifax series.
Following in the steps of Scooby-Doo, The Flintstones, Top Cat and Lady Penelope and Parker, the spot cleverly reworks the iconic 1939 film to show just how easy it is to get a mortgage thanks to the friendly disposition of Halifax's staff.
Helmed by Declan Lowney, the ad also marks a step away from the series as rather than being set in a bank, it's set in the world of the characters and takes place in the Emerald City.
