BMF has shaken up its creative department with one new hire and two promotions.

Elizabeth Commandeur [pictured left] joins as the agency's new senior art director, having previously served as associate creative director at VICE Scandanavia where her ten years of work took her to Sydney, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Copenhagen. Her projects have bagged awards at Cannes, D&AD, the Webbys, Spikes, ONE Show and NYFestivals.

BMF has also promoted staff internally with James Sexton as the new senior copywriter. He has been a part of the agency since 2015, and his recent work for Football Federation Australia and Sportsbet has earned him metal at ONE Show, Cannes, D&AD, Clios, Spikes and LIA.

Another promotion is Emily Field [pictured right] to a new position created by BMF that involves leadership in both the planning and creative departments, an advancement that comes after joining BMF in 2011. Field has been named one of B&T’s 30 under 30 and recognised at the Effies, APGs, AC&Es, Young Glory and the AWARD School Pop-up at Semi Permanent.
