Inspiring the Future, run by the national charity Education and Employers, and MullenLowe London has created a film to attempt to help move the gender conversation on and ask society to drop the ‘female’ tag. Through this thought-provoking online film, directed by Furlined's Zak Razvi, the campaign shows how the language we all use contributes to the problem of unconscious bias.
