The Monkeys have created this spot to demonstrate the reliability of the new Commodore.
The coming-of-age ad, directed by Stephen Carroll, observes a boy going through adolescence into adulthood. There he comes into various situations where people constantly question whether he's sure about what he's doing.
Whether he's staying out late or star gazing, getting beaten in a wrestling match, cliff jumping or asking a girl out, the film expertly strings together relatable scenes while romantic piano music sounds in the background.
It does however succeed at getting you to be more assertive when investing in a car.
