SPOETNIK follows a young man named Sam, who stumbles across an old food truck in the middle of nowhere. When he starts working at the truck, he falls in love with a girl from the brothel across the road... not phased by the intimidating pimp that stands in his way.

Produced by HALAL and directed by Noël Loozen, the indie film uses nostalgic music, colorful lighting and lingering close-up shots to portray the classic girl-meets-boy story in a quirky and unique style. Plus you'll never anticipate the ending.
