Riordan rises through Academy's ranks

Academy has welcomed changes to its management team, by promoting Producer Medb Riordan (pictured) to Managing Director - a position she will share with Simon Cooper - and promoting Lucy Goosage to Executive Producer and Head of Production.

Medb began working at the company 10 years ago, starting out on reception and moving through the ranks to work on and produce much of the company’s award-winning work.  

While Gossage was previously working as a producer for directors Si & Ad and Frederic Planchon. 

Owner Lizie Gower will take more of an ambassadorial role in the company, although she admits, "I’m not retiring, I am [just] looking forward to being a little further from the coal face.’
