To celebrate the return of ITV's Dancing on Ice - the show in which celebrities morph from Bambi on ice into Torvill & Dean - ITV Creative has created this charming animated film about a polar bear learning to skate.
His first steps are clumsy, but with the help of a furry partner, the bear improves in literal leaps and bounds - and before long the pair are wowing a crowd of woodland creatures, who award them perfect 10s.
The film was directed by Hush London’s Kirk Hendry, in collaboration with Stockholm-based animation studio, Goodbye Kansas, who brought the bears to life with a combination of animation and motion-capture using real figure skaters.
