Google: Google IO

Nexus Studios tell the story of an idea through increasingly detailed animation in their opening film for Google I/O.

As directed by FX Goby, the short film, originally played across three screens but presented here on one, opened Google's I/O developer's conference. It itself opens with a simple line animation of a character, Aye, who discovers a seed-like 'Idea'. We then follow the couple as the idea grows and the animation gets increasingly detailed and expansive, until we get a whole galaxy of detail in CGI.
