What do you do if you fall into cold water? As this ad, directed by Olly Goodrum of Nice Shirt, says, fight your instincts. Your brain may be telling you to swim with all your might, but the best thing to do is to float, waiting for the cold water shock to wear off so you can start regulating your breathing.
This important message is conveyed by a slightly panic-inducing ad seeing dozens of people drowning, only for them to begin to float in a final scene that looks like an aquatic version of the final scenes of Radiohead's Just video or the entirety of Kylie Minogue's Slow spot:
