Oslo-based agency Kikkut has released this call to arms on behalf of NNO (the Norwegian Nurses Organisation, or Norsk Sykepleierforbund).

In 20 years, the country is predicted to be 30,000 nurses short of the required number needed to provide care to a population of almost 6 million. To help avoid this situation, the spot encourages people to head over to the NNO's website to sign a petition declaring their support.
