The Caped Crusader has a new partner in crime in a new ad for War Child in which Batman becomes best friends with a young refugee.

Directed by Jeroen Mol of In Case of Fire for RNDBT Content, the film sees the beloved superhero helping the kid collect water, playing football and arm wrestling. We also see the Dark Knight...um...rising, flying out of slight during a game of hide and seek. All this is set to Queen's You're My Best Friend, courtesy of MassiveMusic.

Those of you currently thinking, "wow, it's always been my dream to be BFFs with Batman," you've spolit the ad for yourselves. After the kid falls asleep on Bruce Wayne's Bat-shoulder, it is revealed it was all a dream, dreamed by the kid as he is carried away from a war-torn city where not even a DC superhero could save the day.

Talking about the use of the iconic Queen track in the ad, a MassiveMusic spokesperson said, "after an extensive search for an artist that would give permission for their track to be used for the film, Queen embraced the cause, proving their iconic track to be the perfect fit for the narrative and the message."
