French agency Les Gaulois and the Federation of French Cardiology have joined forces for this campaign promoting the benefits of exercise for kids.
Produced by Quad Productions and helmed by Henry Mason the campaign is a response to research showing that five-to-17-year olds in France are becoming less active, and reducing up to 25 per cent of their cardiovascular capacity.
As little as 60 minutes exercise a day can dramatically reduce the risk of developing heart disease, even if that does mean a few grazed knees.
