Wieden+Kennedy London create a vertigo-inducing new commercial for Honda featuring British climber Imogen Horrocks tackling a suspiciously car-shaped rock.
The ad, directed by Pedro Martin-Calero for Colonel Blimp, sees Horrocks trying to climb a mountain featuring a number of car-like obstacles, including rocks shaped like lights, dashboards, and hubcaps. Presumably, she missed the route featuring rocks shaped like fluffy dice and pneumatic brakes.
Reaching the top of the automobile mountain, she 'is finally rewarded as she reaches the top and sees the new car for the first time' according to Honda, with the ad representing 'the challenge that Honda faced, and embraced, in the creation of the all new Civic.
