With the festive period now put to bed and the 'New Year, New Me' legions trying to work off that extra portion of roast turkey, Nike has enlisted Kevin Hart to show you how it should be done.

Created by Wieden+Kennedy Portland to promote the Apple Watch Nike +, the amusing campaign sees the comedian - who is no stranger to commercial casting - venture off into the wilderness for an epic 100-day run, when his trusty smart watch questions "Are We Running Today?"

The campaign was helmed by Gia Coppola through The Directors Bureau
