E.ON: The Solar Christmas Experience

M&C Saatchi Stockholm launch a luminescent campaign for energy giant E.ON promoting their solar power tech.

They may look like a rather tame, middle-aged couple but ‘sun farmers’ Lars and Ingegärd Andersson certainly put on a crazy carnival of Christmas lights in the midst of a dark Swedish winter this year.

Accompanied by a remix of For a Better Day by Avicii, the one-off light show took place at a real home in the small Swedish town of Sölvesborg and could be seen and heard from miles away, thanks to energy supplied by E.ON’s solar power storage battery. The fun film was directed by collective StyleWar, with production by Standart.

We might not necessarily want to live next door to Lars and Ingegärd during the festive season but we admire their Christmas-with-good-conscience ethos.
