Halloween may be done and dusted, but as we transition into November, that can only mean one thing... Time for Movember.

Every year, the Movember Foundation encourages men worldwide to get involved and help raise awareness of men's health by setting them the challenge of shaving their moustaches at the start of the month and grow (and groom) it for 30 days.

Created by Jung von Matt/Spree, this heartfelt spot from Patrik Bergh supports the work of the charity and informs viewers of the reasons for this now infamous movement.
