RKCR/Y&R have launched this powerful new campaign for The Royal British Legion ahead of this year’s Remembrance Sunday.
The campaign, which was shot by Neil Huxley through B-Reel Films asks the public to Rethink Remembrance, and those they are supporting.
When thinking about the charity's focus, many would picture veterans of the First and Second World Wars and honouring those who died in service. While this is still a big part of their work, the organisation wants the public to remember the new generation of veterans who need support.
Playing on this theme, the campaign sees surviving British World War Two veterans share stories of bravery and sacrifice, only to reveal their stories are not their own, but are those of younger veterans.
