Los Angeles-based production company Concrete + Clay has signed award-winning director Declan Whitebloom. Whitebloom joins the roster following a seven-year stint at RSA/Black Dog Films. The director, who has previously helmed spots for the likes of Target, Fiat, Nissan, Carl's Jr, Lipton, Big Lots, Toyota and Spotify, will be represented for both commercial and music video work.
