For most of us, the journey to and from work is the worst part of the day - a miserable affair of sardine-can proximity to grumpy fellow passengers. As for a seat, forget it.

Not so for Shnoosee Bailey, managing partner and creative director at HeyHuman, who lands in London after a picturesque commute from Sussex, and swings straight into a creatively-charged day involving 360 cameras, pitching, and Persian cat casting, fuelled by her energy boost essentials, Australian coffee and dark chocolate...

.50: The view from the Sussex train, always a nice way to start the day.

.35: Victoria - landing in London.

.00: Mandatory coffee - Mike is the elephant of baristas. He never forgets your name or your order. He's also Australian so a little taste of home.

.05: The Blue building - I like to get in early and prepare for the day ahead before the crazy begins.

.35: Dan, our head of innovation, is recently back from SXSW, and even more excited than usual. Here we are playing with his new toy, the experimental 360 camera.

.30: Great Works - these happen twice a month with guest speakers or agency folk sharing cool stuff.

.30: Creative review - catching up with the guys to see how they’re getting on.

.40: Arghhhh - running late for our daily Guinness catch up, but they are still smiling!

.30: Pitch wall - super exciting - but where is everyone?

.30: Slimfast shoot - couldn’t make it to the shoot as we have a pitch on. The team keep sending me pics - the festival scene with a secret celeb - exciting!

.30: Conference call - could be a long one....

.50: Energy dipping - break out the chocolate.

.00: Last meeting of the day - reviewing cat casting favourites,
as you do! Going with Perla the Persian, in case you wondered...

.00: Sussex train - and breathe. The view is best when it’s still light.
