Blackjet Wants its Creatives to get Hiiiigh
This kooky Canadian agency offers its employees the best perks; pre-rolled joints and lots of snacks.
We all know that Canada is a laid-back and liberal nation when compared with the US. And many attribute their lax approach to the fact that cannabis is legal to possess, consume and grow... medicinally, of course.
However, the plant’s creative value has long been disputed internationally – something that Toronto-based agency Blackjet is willing to prove with its boosted employee benefits package.
In a bid to attract and retain the hottest creative talent, the agency already offers some fab perks including casual work attire, a pet-friendly office, shorter summer weeks, free coffee, free beer-pong... the list goes on.
But now the agency also promises to offer free weed once it is officially legalised nationwide. Pots of pre-rolled joints will be available for smoking at the office because, you know, it will help to boost creativity.
And of course, it would be silly to offer free joints without thinking about the munchies. So, the agency will also install a new snacks dispenser, rumoured to be filled with crisps but the range may expand to also include brownies and cookies.
“Here at Blackjet, we value our employees more than anything else,” says Blackjet’s partner Rob Galletta. He added, “Sometimes people need a little extra inspiration and we’re happy to provide it.”
Blackjet's claiming that it’s the dopest agency in adland by using the #DopeAgency hashtag - now that you can't dispute.
