A new trailer for Ubisoft's latest release, Tom Clancy’s The Division, is set in a society on the brink of collapse in New York City. Told from the perspectives of four characters set on overcoming the destruction caused by a deadly virus, the film offers a glimpse into the madness and is directed by Unit Image.
New York has been devastated by a fictional strain of smallpox - the Variola Chimera virus. As chaos reigns,The Division, a classified unit of self-supported tactical agents, is activated in the middle of the epidemic to restore order and reclaim the city.
Yesterday, created by Ubisoft and BETC Paris in 100 per cent CGI, highlights the difference between what once was and the dark reality of the present day leaving the viewer hanging on the idea that it is now up to the agents to step up as modern day heroes in the game, which was released earlier this month.
