Dave Bedwood (pictured, left), a former creative director at M&C Saatchi and co-founder of Lean Mean Fighting Machine, is joining the independent digital agency AnalogFolk London as creative partner.

Bedwood will start in his new role in January working alongside Simon Richings (right), who has also been promoted to the same position.

As a partnership, Bedwood and Richings will have joint responsibility for the running of the creative department. The hire underlines a continued investment by the agency to enhance its innovation capabilities and together the duo will pursue AnalogFolk’s creative ambition in the UK.

Bedwood co-founded Lean Mean Fighting Machine in 2004. The agency was the Cannes Lions Interactive Agency of the Year in 2008 and sold to M&C Saatchi in 2014.

Richings joined AnalogFolk in 2013 as executive creative director from Tribal DDB, where he held the same position.
