Amsterdam agency 180 Amsterdam has signed four new international creatives; Berlin duo Lucas Schneider and David Kauder, and Toronto-born Francesco Grandi and Rachel Kennedy.

Schneider and Kauder are a duo, since initially meeting at Heimat Berlin, where they worked on campaigns for Adidas and Bayern Munich.

Grandi arrives from Canadian agency Rethink, after creating award-winning work for UberSafe. Prior to this, he was at Ogilvy & Mather and TBWA, working for the likes of Apple, Dove and Gatorade.

Kennedy was previously at Saatchi & Saatchi Canada, where she gained experience working with leading brands, including Toyota and P&G.

The creatives will create work for ASICS, DHL and Qatar Airways, but are encouraged to be themselves. The expansion of the agency reflects changes from new ECDs Dave Canning and Dan Treichel.
