Buzzman Brings Fans Closer to Burger King
French agency gives burger fans the chance to move closer to the fast food chain for free.
Live in France and love a Whopper? Burger King has made a return to advertising for the French market with the launch of a new campaign through agency Buzzman, giving fans the chance to move closer to one of its restaurants.
After a 15-year break from advertising in the country, the brand is back and instead of asking fans where they'd like a new franchise to be placed, the competition is offering them the opportunity to up sticks and settle down near one of its existing sizzlers.
The campaign may seem like a hoax at first but fans are being encouraged to sign up for the switch online via the brand's social channels. The further you live away from a chain, the more chance you have of being picked to take part and Whopper Move Out will reward fans willing to take the plunge by acting as a free removal service.
Dates for the relocation have been slated for between 1 March and 30 April 2015 and those convinced should register by 15 February at Burger King France's Facebook Page.
