ADC jury gender ratio equal

The Art Directors Club (ADC) has announced that all five of its award show juries have reached an unprecedented 50/50 ratio of women to men, making it the very first awards in the industry to do so. The selected female representatives have a noticeable running theme, each at the top of their game, respective of their area of specialty. In 2013 the ADC announced its 50/50 initiative which was a move generated to empower the roles of women in the industry and has seemingly had a positive impact.
