US and UK production company O Positive has announced the signing of director Brian Billow for global commercial representation. The move re-aligns Billow with long-time friend Jim Jenkins, director/partner at O Positive. The director has previously helmed spots for brands including Netflix, Taco Bell, McDonald’s and Bis, as well as the hit viral video Beth which featured rock band Kiss.
