London-based advertising agency Stack has bolstered its senior management team with the promotion of former business lead Rod Jones to client service director. In his new role Jones will be responsible for client satisfaction across the agency and will report into the agency’s CEO Liz Wilson. Jones joined Stack in 2000 leading the Hyundai, Gartmore, Porsche and HSBC accounts. He left in 2005 to join Teamspirit before re-joining Stack in 2011.
