Parity Group buys Golden Square

VFX specialist becomes part of technology solutions company

Parity Group, a company providing technology solutions to government and industry has purchased VFX specialist Golden Square. The company will continue to trade as Golden Square while being led by the original founders of the company Phil Gillies and Alan Young. Gillies and Young will report to CEO of Parity Digital solutions Mark Andrews. The company will sit alongside Parity’s Inition 3D technology and systems IT solutions businesses. There will be minimal staff losses as the group has ambitious expansion plans for its digital division.
