The Mayor of Carbon VFX

Carbon VFX has added Pete Mayor as senior flame artist at its recently launched Los Angeles office. The new office has recently completed a multi-spot package for the new Windows 8 campaign for Microsoft with Crispin, Porter + Bogusky. Mayor began his career in VFX in 1995 at The Finish Line and moved to Vendetta Post (now Chemical Effects) in 2003. He joins Carbon from Method Studios, where he has worked as a senior flame artist since 2010. He has worked through Chiat Day, Crispin Porter, Leo Burnett, 180, Draft FCB, Martin Agency and Deutsch on spots for VW, Apple, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Best Buy, Taco Bell, Walmart, Pedigree, American Express,Old Navy, Dodge, Chrysler and Buick. Carbon LA is currently working on a multi-spot package for Ford with Team Detroit.
