Kaboom adds Moe talent

Director/writer Erik Moe has joined the roster at Kaboom Productions. The signing comes as the director, known primarily for live action projects, is in the midst of developing an animated series with Leynete Cariapa (executive producer, HBO’s Life and Times of Tim) based on the his semi-autobiographical illustrated novel, Tales of a Young Urban Failure (Chronicle Books). Moe has served as a copywriter and creative director working at agencies such as DDB, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, and TBWAChiatDay, while simultaneously working as a director and entertainment writer. As a commercial director, he has directed spots for KFC, T-Mobile, Audi and more.
