W+K Tokyo Lab have teamed up with breakbeat duo HIFANA and creative studio Rhizomatiks to launch Fresh Push Play – an iPhone app that let’s you mix things up just like Juicy and KEIZOmachine! of HIFANA.
As well as allowing you to simulate the duo’s infamous live performances, users can also record their own sounds to sample and play through the app. To showcase the app, W+K took to the Tokyo streets with HIFANA to record the sounds of the metropolis before putting on a boat party in Tokyo Bay where revelers were treated to the harmonies of the city - check out the video above or download the app.
