22Squared promotes Erica Hoholick to president and COO
Former CCO promoted to president and COO of creative company, reporting to Guided by Good chairman and CEO Richard Ward.
Following the recent launch of its Guided by Good portfolio of companies and senior staff expansion, 22Squared an independent creative & media company, has promoted its Chief Client Officer Erica Hoholick to president and chief operating officer.
The latter role is a newly created position within the company, and will report to Guided by Good chairman and CEO, Richard Ward.

She's quickly built credibility and strong partnerships across the enterprise" said Richard. “Her proven track record of strong, empathetic leadership and strategic vision has helped 22Squared successfully navigate the chaos of the pandemic, and her dedication to transparency was crucial to our clients’ success."
Hoholick’s appointment, coming on the one year anniversary of her hire, allows 22Squared to maintain its autonomy within the Guided by Good structure. Under Hoholick’s leadership, 22Squared will continue charting its own creative course as a fully integrated, super mid-sized agency, while leaning in further to its strategic & creative, multicultural, media technology and analytics offerings.
Hoholick will be tasked with further building out her executive team and focusing on the growth and advancement of the next generation’s talent. Within the role of chief operating officer, Hoholick will also have full financial & operational responsibility for the agency.

A highlight of 22Squared’s August 2020 diversity report is that women made up 71% of the employee roster and 62% of 22Squared’s senior leadership. Under Erica’s new position, the agency will continue to have a keen focus on expanding and growing its diversity initiatives across its employee base and promote from within as it announces new client wins and practice areas throughout the year.
